Summary

A Bill To Amend Article 7, Chapter 3, Title 16 Of The 1976 Code By Adding Section 16-3-630 To Provide That A Person Convicted Of Assault And Battery Upon A State Or Local Correctional Facility Employee Who Is Performing Job-related Duties Must Serve A Mandatory Minimum Sentence Of Not Less Than Six Months Nor More Than Five Years.
