Relating To The State Board Of Cosmetology, To Provide That The Board Is Composed Of Nine Members, To Provide That One Member Must Be A Representative From A Cosmetology School Licensed In This State, To Provide That One Member Must Be A Person Who Is Approved By The Board To Provide Continuing Education To Cosmetologists, And To Provide That The Member Who Is A School Representative And The Member Who Provides Continuing Education May Not Represent The Same Entity.
