Summary

Require The State Treasurer To Distribute Any Remaining Unobligated Portion Of Funds Appropriated For Abstinence Only Education By The Fiscal Year 2010-2011 General Appropriations Act To The School Districts Of The State Based On Each District's Percentage Of The Total State Student Population And To Provide That The Funds May Be Used To Fund Any General Operating Expense.
