Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 56-5-2956 So As To Provide That Any Entry In The Driving Record Of A Person That Shows His Driver's License Was Suspended For Failure To Submit To Testing For Alcohol Concentration Or He Was Issued A Temporary Driver's License Or That He Was Required To Install An Ignition Interlock Device On A Vehicle He Drives And Who Was Subsequently Acquitted Of Driving With An Unlawful Alcohol Concentration Must Be Removed From His Driving Record.
