Provide That Accreditation Or Certification Is A Requirement Of Application And Registration Of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Equipment And Computed Tomography Equipment And That The Department Of Health And Environmental Control Shall Determine The Accreditation Or Certification Agencies And To Provide That The Department Shall Establish Registration Fees For Radiofrequency Radiation Within Magnetic Resonance Imaging Devices Used To Obtain Human Body Images.
