Allow A Magistrate To Convert Certain Unpaid Court-ordered Payments To A Civil Judgment And To Include Violations Of Sections 16-13-180 And 16-13-440 In Those Offenses For Which A Magistrate Has The Power To Sentence A Person To Consecutive Terms Of Imprisonment Totaling More Than Ninety Days.
