Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 38-61-80 So As To Establish That A Direct Primary Care Agreement Is Not A Contract Of Insurance, To Define Necessary Terms, To Establish Requirements For A Direct Primary Care Agreement, And To Require A Direct Primary Care Provider To Report Its Participation In A Direct Primary Care Practice To The Department Of Consumer Affairs.
