Enact The "alternate Local Option Tourism Development Fee Act", To Define Necessary Terms, To Provide That A Municipality May Impose A Fee Not To Exceed One Percent For Tourism Advertisement And Promotion Directed At Non-south Carolina Residents, And To Provide The Manner In Which The Fee May Be Imposed.
