Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 12-37-220(b)(3), Relating To General Exemption From Property Taxes, So As To Provide For An Exemption For A Disabled Veteran's Vehicle If The Vehicle Is Owned By A Trust, The Disabled Veteran Is The Beneficiary Of The Trust, And The Disabled Veteran Otherwise Would Qualify For The Exemption If He Owned The Vehicle.
