Summary

Amend Section 59-24-60, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Requirements That School Administrators Notify Law Enforcement Authorities Of Certain Harmful Or Potentially Harmful Activities On School Property Or At School-sanctioned Or School-sponsored Activities, So As To Require Administrators Also Provide Such Notice To Parents Or Guardians Of Affected Students.
