A Senate Resolution To Amend Rule 26 Of The Rules Of The Senate, Relating To Second And Third Reading Of Bills, To Provide That Any Request For Funding In An Appropriations Bill For A Specific County, Municipality, Or Non-profit Must Be Made In Writing, To Designate The Contents Of The Written Request, To Require That The Request Be Published On The Senate's Internet Website, And To Provide Necessary Definitions.
