Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 6-29-725 So As To Allow For The Transfer Of Development Rights Between Different Landowners, To Provide For Contents Of The Ordinance Necessary To Regulate The Transfer Of Development Rights, And To Allow Two Or More Local Governing Bodies To Join One Another In Setting Up A Transfer Of Rights Program.
