Summary

Direct The Secretary Of State To Provide Members Of The South Carolina Congressional Delegation With Notice That The General Assembly And The Governor Strongly Encourage The Members Of The Congressional Delegation To Sponsor Or Co-sponsor And Vote For A Federal Constitutional Amendment Providing For Term Limits Of A Specific Length, To Provide That The Notice Is No Longer Required When The United States Congress Approves The Constitutional Amendment, And To Provide For When The Notice Must Be Given.
