Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 61-4-770, Relating To Wines That May Be Sold Only In Licensed Alcoholic Liquor Stores Or In Establishments, So As To Provide That Wines Containing More Than Twenty Percent Of Alcohol Be Required To Be Sold Only In Licensed Alcoholic Liquor Stores Or In Establishments.
