Summary

An Amendment To Article Iii, Section 12 Of The Constitution Of South Carolina, 1895, Relating To Officers, Rules, And Punishment And Expulsion Of Members Of Each House Of The General Assembly, To Provide That The General Assembly May Establish By Permanent Law Matters Which Require The Recording Of The Yeas And Nayes In The Journals Of Each House In Addition To Those Matters For Which The Recording Of The Yeas And Nayes Is Required By This Constitution.
