Summary

Amend Section 10-1-165, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Alteration, Relocation Or Removal Of Certain Monuments Or Memorials Erected On Public Property, Or The Renaming Or Rededication Of Structures, Streets, Parks, Or Other Public Areas, So As To Provide That These Provisions Do Not Apply To Such Property Under The Jurisdiction And Control Of Political Subdivisions Of This State, Including School Districts, And Public Institutions Of Higher Learning.
