Summary
Amend Section 56-5-6540 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Admissibility As Evidence Of Negligence In A Civil Action Regarding The Use Of Safety Belts, To Remove The Provision That A Violation Of This Article Is Not Negligence Per Se Or Contributory Negligence, And To Remove The Provision That A Violation Is Not Admissible As Evidence In A Civil Action.
