Relating To Equipment And Operation Of Watercraft, To Provide That A Person Operating A Water Device That Collides With Another Water Device Resulting In Death Or Great Bodily Injury Must Submit To Drug And Alcohol Tests, And To Provide That Drug And Alcohol Tests Must Be Administered If A Passenger In Either Water Device Is Unable To Be Located After The Collision.
