Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 61-4-770, Relating To Wines That May Be Sold In Licensed Alcoholic Liquor Stores, So As To Change The Percentage Of Alchohol In Wines That May Be Sold From Sixteen And One-half Percent To Twenty Percent.
