Amend Section 50-9-320, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Requirement That A Person Born After June 30, 1979, May Not Obtain A Hunting License Unless He Obtains A Certificate Of Completion Of A Hunter Education Program, So As To Delete The Age Restriction Requirement For Completing A Hunter Education Program.
