Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 50-9-525, Relating To Hunting And Fishing Licenses Issued To Disabled Residents, So As To Provide License Applicants Must Be Certified By Certain Governmental Agencies As Being Totally And Permanently Disabled; And By Amending Section 50-9-920, Relating To The Sale Of Certain Hunting And Fishing Licenses, So As To Provide That Revenues From The Sale Of Antlered Deer Tags Shall Be Used To Administer The Coyote And Hog Management Program, And To Provide An Annual Report Must Be Filed With The General Assembly Regarding The Use Of These Funds.
