Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 16-25-130 So As To Define Necessary Terms, To Create The Offense Of Coercive Control Over Another Person, To Provide Examples Of The Types Of Behavior And Evidence That May Be Used To Support The Offense, And To Provide A Penalty.
