Summary
Provide That Notwithstanding The Provisions Of A Joint Resolution Of 2014 Bearing Ratification Number 150 And The Provisions Of Section 59-1-425, The Respective Governing Bodies Of Dorchester School District Two, The Berkeley County School District, And The Spartanburg County School Districts May Waive The Requirement That Schools Make Up Full Days Missed Due To Inclement Weather For Five Or Fewer Full School Days That Students Who Attend Schools Or Charter Schools In The District Missed Due To Inclement Weather During The 2013-2014 School Year Regardless Of Whether The District Has Exhausted All Statutorily Required Make-up Days Remaining On The 2013-2014 School Calendar
