Provide That The South Carolina Transportation Infrastructure Bank May Not Issue Any Bonds, Loans, Or Other Financial Assistance After January 1, 2017, And That Upon The Retirement Of All Outstanding Bonds And The Receipt Of All Outstanding Debt Owed By Qualified Borrowers, The Bank Is Dissolved, And The Provisions Of Chapter 43, Title 11 Are Repealed.
