Summary

Relating To The Drycleaning Facility Restoration Trust Fund, So As To, Among Other Things, Specify The Use And Purpose Of The Fund, Authorize The Department Of Health And Environmental Control To Expend Monies From The Fund For Assessment Of Potential Sites Prior To Obtaining Evidence Of Contamination At The Site, And Clarify What Facilities Are Excluded From Participating In The Fund And The Effect Of Participating In The Fund If A Facility Is Seeking Exemption From The Fund; And To Delete Obsolete Provisions, Reorganize Provisions, And Make Technical Corrections.
