Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 8-13-746 So As To Prohibit A Member Of The House Of Representatives Or An Individual Or Business With Whom He Is Associated From Providing Any Assistance To Another Candidate For The House Of Representatives For Compensation Or Anything Of Value; And To Require A Member Of The House Of Representatives To Report On His Statement Of Economic Interests The Name Of Each Candidate For The House Of Representatives, And Amount Received, For Which The Member Or An Individual Or Business With Which He Is Associated Provides Campaign Assistance For Compensation Or Anything Of Value; And To Provide For Penalties For A Violation.
