Provide That Commissioners Shall Serve Until Their Successors Are Elected And Qualified, However, A Commissioner May Serve In A Holdover Capacity For Not More Than Six Months; To Delete Its Power To Adopt Certain Policies, Rules, And Regulations Of The Department Of Agriculture And Annually Approve Certain Budget Requests Prior To Being Submitted To The Governor And General Assembly; And To Repeal Section 46-3-50 Relating To The Bond Imposed Upon The Commissioner Of Agriculture.
