Summary
Provide That The Department Of Health And Environmental Control Shall Conduct, Or Cause To Be Conducted By A Qualified Outside Entity, A Feasibility Study Concerning The Most Efficient And Cost-effective Manner In Which To Provide Clean Drinking Water To The Residents Of Any Community In This State Which Has No Public Infrastructure To Provide Clean Drinking Water To Its Residents Without The Use Of Wells With The Potential Of Contamination.
