Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-1-375 So As To Provide All K-12 Public Schools Must Be Closed In Observance Of Veterans Day, And To Provide This Day May Not Be Considered One Of The Required One Hundred And Eighty Instructional Days In The School Year.
