Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 7-1-110 So As To Require The Directors Of County Boards Of Voter Registration And Elections And Municipal Election Commissions To Issue A Report Detailing Certain Voting-related Issues, Complaints, Problems, Or Difficulties Within Ninety Days Following Each General, Municipal, Special, Primary, Or Primary Runoff Election.
