Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 24-13-185 So As To Provide That An Inmate Shall Not Be Denied Visitation Rights Under Certain Circumstances And To Provide That Electronic Communication Devices May Be Used To Allow An Inmate To Communicate With Visitors.
