Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 20-4-35 So As To Allow Magistrates To Issue Ex Parte Orders Of Protection In Certain Circumstances; And To Amend Sections 20-4-30, 20-4-50, And 20-4-90, All Relating To Orders Of Protection, So As To Make Conforming Changes, And For Other Purposes.
