Summary

Provide That People Whose Residences Move From One County To Another Due To Boundary Reestablishments May Enroll Their Children In The County In Which They Resided Before The Boundary Reestablishment, To Provide They Are Not Required To Enroll Their Children In Schools In The County In Which Their Residence Was Located Before The Reestablishment, To Define Necessary Terms, And To Provide Limitations On The Availability Of These Rights.
