Provide That The Department May Promulgate Regulations, To Provide For The Establishment Of Anterless Days, And To Provide For The Regulation Of The Deer Quota Program; To Repeal Section 50-11-335 Relating To Bag Limits Established For Antlered Deer; And To Provide That The Department Of Natural Resources Shall Provide The General Assembly A Report On The Status Of The State's White-tailed Deer Population.
