Provide For The Certification Of Lawful Machines, Boards, And Other Devices By A Magistrate, To Provide That The Certification Must Be In Writing, To Allow A Magistrate To Charge A Fee For The Certification, And To Provide That The Certification Must Be Maintained On The Premises Of The Business Establishment At All Times.
