Summary

Enact The "south Carolina Abandoned Buildings Revitalization Act" Which Provides That A Taxpayer Making Investments Of A Certain Size In Rehabilitating An Abandoned Building May At His Option Receive Specified Income Tax Credits Or Credits Against The Property Tax Liability.
