Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-18-1650 So As To Provide When The State Superintendent Of Education Assumes Control Of A School District Under A State Of Emergency Pursuant To The Education Accountability Act, He Shall Provide The Local Legislative Delegation With A Quarterly Report Detailing The Progress Of The District Toward Meeting Annual Targets In The District Strategic Plan For Sustained Improvement.
