A BILL TO ENACT "BECCA'S LAW", TO AMEND SECTION 63-9-340, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXECUTING A CONSENT OR RELINQUISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A MOTHER OR A FATHER MUST NOT EXECUTE A CONSENT OR RELINQUISHMENT UNTIL FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER THE CHILD IS BORN.
