Impose Certain Related Surcharges On Local Exchange Providers, Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers, Voice Over Internet Protocol Service Providers, And Prepaid Wireless Service Sales, And To Provide For The Remittance Of These Funds To The Department Of Revenue For Transfer To The Operating Fund; And To Repeal Section 59-9-2540 Relating To An Advisory Committee To Monitor Statewide Telecommunications Relay Access Service.
