A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 38-71-297 SO AS TO ENACT THE "CANCER TREATMENT FAIRNESS ACT OF 2010", TO REQUIRE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP HEALTH PLANS AND HEALTH INSURERS TO PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR PRESCRIBED, ORALLY ADMINISTERED CHEMOTHERAPY ON A BASIS NO LESS FAVORABLE THAN COVERAGE OFFERED FOR INTRAVENOUSLY ADMINISTERED OR INJECTED CHEMOTHERAPY.
