A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-9-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DURATION OF HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THESE LICENSES ARE VALID FOR TWELVE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE, RATHER THAN FROM JULY FIRST THROUGH JUNE THIRTIETH.
