Summary

Provide Criminal Penalties For Those Persons Found To Be In Violation Of A Building Code Or Regulation Adopted Pursuant To The Provisions Of Chapter 9, Title 6, And To Provide That Those Persons Charged With Violating A Building Code Or Regulation Must Be Tried Exclusively In The Appropriate Magistrates Or Municipal Court.
