Define Necessary Terms; To Create The Offense Of Participating In, Or Conspiring To Participate In, An Enterprise Involving Acts Of Qualifying Criminal Activity And Provide Penalties; To Provide For The Forfeiture Of Property And Proceeds Derived From A Violation Of The Offense And For Procedures Regarding Forfeiture; And To Allow Other Equitable And Legal Remedies Including The Recovery Of Treble Damages For Damages Sustained And Court Costs Of A Prevailing Plaintiff.
