Summary

Amend Section 61-6-20, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Definitions Applicable To The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, So As To Remove The Table Service Requirement For Businesses Engaged In The Preparation And Service Of Meals; And To Amend Section 61-6-1610, Relating To The Sale Of Alcoholic Liquors By The Drink In Certain Establishments, So As To Provide That Alcoholic Liquors May Be Sold By The Drink In A Movie Theater Complex That Meets Certain Requirements.
