Summary

Prohibit Public Institutions Of Higher Learning From Requiring Students And Employees To Receive Covid-19 Vaccinations Or Demonstrate Proof Of Having Received Covid-19 Vaccinations As A Condition To Being Present Without Wearing A Face Mask At Any Facility Of The Institution; To Prohibit Public Institutions Of Higher Learning From Requiring Students And Employees To Receive Covid-19 Vaccinations Or Demonstrate Proof Of Having Received Covid-19 Vaccinations As A Condition Of Employment Or Enrollment, Among Other Things, Subject To Limited Exceptions For Participation In Certain Off-campus Learning Experiences; To Prohibit Public Institutions Of Higher Learning From Announcing Or Enforcing Any Policies Prohibited By This Joint Resolution, To Define Necessary Terminology, And To Make The Provisions Of This Joint Resolution Expire July 1, 2023.
