A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REMOVE THE MORATORIUM IMPOSED PURSUANT TO ACT 187 OF 2005 IN WHICH, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL WAS DIRECTED TO CEASE ISSUING NEW AMBULANCE SERVICE LICENSES UNTIL THE DEPARTMENT HAS THE NECESSARY PERSONNEL TO ENFORCE EXISTING LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS.
