Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-150-65 So As To Provide The Lottery Commission Lawfully May Own, Market, And Regulate Certain Cash Deposit-activated Games Of Skill Machines That Skilled Players May Play To Earn Prizes; To Provide The Commission Shall Maintain Ownership And Control Of These Games Of Skill Machines; And To Provide Persons Eighteen Years Of Age Or Older Lawfully May Play These Machines And Establishments Approved By The Commission Lawfully May Possess The Machines.
