Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, So As To Enact The "racially Restrictive Covenant Removal Act" By Adding Section 31-21-160 So As To Provide Certain Individuals May Record New Instruments To Remove Racially Restrictive Covenants And Certain Other Restrictive Covenants From Deeds To Real Property, And To Provide Related Procedures.
