Summary
Provide That A Driver Of A Motor Vehicle May Proceed To A Reasonably Close And Safe Location Before Stopping, May Not Increase His Speed In Excess Of Five Miles An Hour Before Stopping, To Increase The Penalty For Certain Violations Of This Section, And To Provide That A Conviction Pursuant To This Section Shall Not Be Expunged.
