Summary
Provide That An Offender Sentenced To Ninety Or Fewer Days Imprisonment Who Is Employed At The Time Of Sentencing And Is Able To Maintain Employment May Serve His Sentence At A Time When He Is Not Working And Does Not Interfere With His Employment; And To Provide For Wage Garnishment To Satisfy Child Support Payments.
